Abnormal attraction to tornadoes
and ruby red slippers.

Obsessions with inclement weather or shoe fetishes are nothing new. But the combination is a sure indication of Ozphilla.

SYMPTOMS

Compulsive desire to look behind curtains. Fear of witches. Thinking monkeys can fly. Hallucinations about scarecrows, forest beasts, and mechanical men. Dancing and singing without cause. Compulsive heel tapping in bursts of three clicks. Delusions that wizardry is man's only hope for salvation.

PRESCRIPTION & CURE

Cypher, the graphic novel, alludes to the rare illness of Ozphillia in the episode Sub-Wayward on pages 107 and 108. These are the only documented illustrations that display this unusual state of altered consciousness.

The symptoms are temporary and usually pass within three working days. Induced burping while visting Kansas helps diminish harsher symptoms.

WARNINGS

None.
